Role Overview
- Ensure accurate revenue and expense distribution across Louisiana and Texas assets
- Create and maintain division order decks and joint venture equity groups
- Analyze title opinions and broker reports
- Research and resolve complex title issues
- Interpret and integrate land data into SAP PRA
- Design and implement process improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
- Communicate professionally with royalty owners and working interest partners
- Support audits, litigation, and business development initiatives
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (JD preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years of Division Order experience, with demonstrated expertise in Louisiana and Texas title practices
- Proficiency in SAP PRA and Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel)
- Experience with scripting, automation, or emergent technologies is highly desirable
