About this role
Role Overview
Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to collect input from subject matter experts (SMEs).
Map and analyze current workflows using methodologies such as BPMN, Lean o Six Sigma.
Propose optimized processes and support change management efforts.
Analyze data trends to support business decisions.
Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI o Tableau.
Present insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear and actionable manner.
Collaborate with Project Managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, IT, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience as Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Intermediate–advanced level of English (deseable).
