Own and maintain core data models that power product and business insights
Improve data quality, consistency, and trust across key datasets and metrics
Design scalable, well-structured data models that enable self-serve analytics
Introduce and operationalize AI-assisted workflows to accelerate insight generation
Identify inefficiencies and build tools or processes to improve analytics velocity
Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into reliable data solutions
Contribute to the evolution of analytics practices and standards across the company

Strong experience in analytics engineering, data modeling, and SQL
Ownership of data quality with a focus on accuracy and consistency
Products mindset regarding datasets and metrics requiring maintenance and stewardship
Apply AI to improve analytics workflows and insight generation
Builder mindset for proactively improving systems and processes
Design scalable and maintainable data models and standards
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
