Responsible for the strategic direction, commercial performance, and lifecycle management of a portfolio of environmental products and supplier partnerships across Australia and New Zealand.
Leads the identification and onboarding of new supplier partners to expand the portfolio in line with growth objectives.
Focus on market analysis, supplier engagement, portfolio optimisation, and the development of commercial programs that drive sustainable growth.
Acts as the central interface between supplier partners and Thermo Fisher’s commercial, marketing, and operational teams.
Ensures the portfolio remains competitively positioned, well supported, and aligned to customer and corporate priorities.
Develops strategic customer relationships to drive new business and share gain opportunities, with approximately 15-20% of time spent in the field.
Requirements
Formal tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
Prior Product Management or Management experience and domain expertise within the Environmental market is highly preferred.
Demonstrated track record of consistent execution, revenue growth, and performance in a commercial role.
Experience in leading and driving portfolio growth through strategic on-boarding of new ranges and products to meet market demand.
Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen with the ability to interpret market insights into actionable plans, including leveraging AI.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead and manage multiple initiatives in dynamic settings, ensuring disciplined execution against strategic growth objectives.
