Director of IT

Role Overview

• Define and execute the IT and digital technology strategy for Colibrium Additive
• Lead a global IT team and partner closely with business and functional leaders
• Ensure technology investments are aligned to business outcomes, customer value, and GE Aerospace's priorities
• Oversee the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of IT systems, networks, applications, and platforms
• Define an AI strategy and implementation roadmap for Colibrium Additive
• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of IT and DT professionals
• Manage IT budget for Colibrium Additive with a strong focus on cost optimization
• Develop, implement, and enforce policies, standards, and controls to protect company data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR Associate’s degree with a minimum of 11 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with a minimum of 13 years of professional experience
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT or a closely related digital technology domain
• Significant leadership experience leading IT or DT professionals and teams
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or one of the designated alternative locations is required.
• Military experience is equivalent to professional experience
