Own and deliver a policy administration system configuration roadmap that supports new product launches across multiple states.
Partner with senior leadership to align product strategy with business objectives and ensure executive alignment.
Collaborate with engineering, compliance, operations, business, and carrier product teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
Lead product implementation efforts, acting as the clear owner for delivery, launch planning, risk management, and communications.
Use data, first‑party research, and market insights to inform prioritization, product decisions, and performance improvements.
Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product success, reliability, and scalability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of policy administration systems and the P&C insurance industry.
Extensive experience managing complex technology products and ecosystems from concept through launch.
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence across cross‑functional teams.
Experience using customer‑centric and prioritization frameworks to drive product decisions.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
