Design, develop, and modernize enterprise applications using microservice cloud-first strategy
Drive technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions that ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability
Re-platform legacy systems into lightweight microservices and REST APIs
Take ownership of complex tasks and manage technical impediments and blockers with minimal supervision
Provide guidance and mentorship for team members and partner orgs
Identify and address risks, performance bottlenecks, and vulnerabilities when they arise
Take initiative and propose solutions to streamline inefficient manual processes using automation, GenAI, and agentic workflows
Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies with a focus on delivery quality and continuous improvement

4-5 years overall experience implementing and supporting full-stack enterprise applications
Experience developing microservices and REST APIs with Java 21, Spring, Springboot
Prompt engineering and CoPilot for maximum developer productivity
SQL understanding RDBMS relationships and how to read DDL
DevOps experience: Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines
Shell experience (Linux/UNIX), understand basic commands, and shell scripting
Proven ability to design systems and collaborate effectively with technical architects and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong understanding of application performance, scalability, and secure coding practices
Nice to Have: Experience using GenAI, LangChain, MCP, Agents, Claude Code
Programming in C or C++
EC2, ECS, Kubernetes (or EKS/AWS)
Experience integrating or transitioning legacy systems to modern cloud platforms
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field — or equivalent practical experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently while also elevating team performance
Continuous learner who stays current with evolving technologies and best practices.
