Support the development and delivery of the Strategic Pipeline and other Water Resource Management Plan (WRMP) Capital Delivery Projects.
Work closely with Anglian Water Operational teams and the SPA and @One Design & Delivery teams focus on supporting design development and ensuring risks to AW operations from construction works are fully mitigated.
Support delivery of projects and assuring with project teams they do not cause adverse customer, environmental or operational impacts by being responsible for impact plan production.
Communicate plans clearly across teams and verify mitigation measures are in place before and during delivery.
Taking a balanced view of operational and project delivery needs and promoting collaboration between operational and SPA teams.
Support design teams in gathering information to base the design on and providing operational expertise to assess if the design will meet AW requirements from a safety, maintenance and control perspective.
Where directed, actively participating in Design reviews, HAZOPS, site hygiene visits, and progress meetings with operational and project stakeholders to support effective delivery.
Requirements
Proactive, collaborative and approachable with excellent communication skills.
Planning and organisational skills demonstrating working to key programme milestones.
Provide operational experience to assist the Delivery teams in development of design and constructability of assets
Ensuring key stakeholder such as the AW operational teams are appropriately included in developments to existing and new assets.
Ensure learning and best practice is incorporated into plans.
Ability to capture and ensure best practice and lessons learned are embedded in future work activities.
