Collaborates closely with customer and vendor project managers to ensure that all project deliverables are aligned with customer expectations
Acts as the primary contact point for project related communication and information flow between Philips and Prisma at all hospital and organizational levels.
Works under general supervision and established processes, utilizing independent judgment to navigate and adhere to operational policies.
Serves as a technical and operational liaison between the customer and internal teams, addressing moderately complex inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Analyzes project data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations that support project goals, contributing to continuous improvement in project execution and customer value delivery.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all team members are aligned with project objectives, deadlines, and customer requirements.
Provides support during pre-sale activities, helping to scope solutions that meet customer needs and ensuring the feasibility of proposed project plans.
Participates in the integration and installation of products, services, and solutions at customer sites, ensuring that all technical and operational requirements are met.

Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Engineering, Science or equivalent experience.
Six or more years of Biomed equipment experience.
Demonstrated ability to work across clinical and non-clinical environments.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and program managers.
Problem-solving in complex, ambiguous environments and strategic thinking with execution focus
Demonstrated experience in successful relationship management with individuals of various backgrounds and organizational levels.
Effective customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
