About this role
Role Overview
Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.
Serves as customer contact on technical and service-related problems.
Install Philips Health Systems (HS) equipment according to standards with respect to quality and installation time as set by HS.
Perform planned maintenance and equipment modifications within the scheduled time and to the quality standards set by HS.
Perform corrective maintenance, supported, when necessary, by tier-2 support helpdesk.
Submit timely and accurate service data, job sheets, reports, expense claims, and other paperwork as assigned.
Be aware of customer needs and potential commercial leads through customer visits.
Provide feedback and recommendations to the management and relevant people within the organization.
Support the Services Delivery Manager & Operations Manager and the Customer Services Account Manager with contract renewals etc.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Electronical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or equivalent)
min. 3 years of related work experience as Field Service Engineer.
Relationship Builder: Potential to work effectively with and manage key vendors in the ecosystem, as well as internal stakeholders, at all levels.
Good potential in stakeholder management;
Maturity to engage with senior management team within the organization, and external stakeholders.
Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English as well as a customer service oriented.
