Support business objectives and identify opportunities to develop and align marketing tactics.
Work with internal partners to develop and execute marketing promotion strategies for VisionLink.
Develop, implement, and oversee omnichannel strategy and activation.
Execute the strategy of paid and non-paid advertising across channels.
Create, lead, and manage marketing campaigns from planning through analysis (e.g., marketing automation).
Partner with diverse teams across the enterprise, developing and leveraging strong networks across organizational boundaries.
Conduct market and competitive research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
Establish metrics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing marketing tactics, suggesting necessary interventions for improvement.
Maintain effective communication within the marketing department to align marketing strategy with changing business objectives.

Promotion and Marketing Communications: Working knowledge of different promotional and marketing communication techniques; ability to use different marketing channels and tools in combination to focus on how a business communicates a message to the market.
Understanding of and ability to analyze, report on, and optimize campaign performance.
Proficiency in the Office 365 suite of tools.
Proficiency in Power BI.
Google Analytics certification.
