About this role
Role Overview
- Create high-quality, technically accurate learning content for the Mining Technology Academy
- Develop learning modules, videos, simulations, labs, assessments, and supporting materials
- Ensure learning content accurately represents mining operations and MineStar products
- Maintain and update existing learning assets based on product changes and feedback
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, reviewers, and Program Managers
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Mining and or MineStar Product usage/support or similar
- Strong ability to translate technical material into clear learning content
- Hands-on experience with content development tools (Articulate, PowerPoint, LMS platforms, video authoring/editing tools)
- Experience working with technical SMEs and structured reviews
