Represent the voice of the client in projects and be responsible for the member/client experience.
Prepare a range of products and services to ensure a positive member/client experience.
Work in close collaboration with the project developer and business analyst to meet user needs.
Manage relationships with various stakeholders.
Lead and influence specialists and stakeholders in planning, feasibility and development projects.
Establish product backlog for significant projects, mandates and activities.
Advise and assist clients and partners with strategic mandates.
Oversee development and updating of policies, standards, models and programs.
Identify and analyze problems and develop recommendations for business solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
