Own the Sales Cycle****Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients via phone, email, and social platforms—guiding them from first contact through to booking confirmation over the weekends
Understand Client Needs****Conduct consultative sales calls to assess customer requirements and provide tailored accommodation recommendations across global markets
Deliver Results****Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs while ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey
Manage Pipeline****Track and update leads in our CRM, ensuring follow-ups are timely, accurate, and proactive
Collaborate Cross-Functionally****Work closely with Operations, CX, and Marketing to ensure a seamless client experience and optimize the sales process
Requirements
3 years of experience (at least 2 years in the same company) in an inbound or outbound sales position.
A hunter mentality and a strong ability to run exploratory calls, handle objections, and close deals confidently
Fluent, native-level English & German communication skills (verbal and written); additional languages are a strong plus
Comfortable working with sales tools and CRMs; experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a bonus
A coachable, feedback-driven mindset with a drive to grow professionally
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to manage conversations and leads across global markets
