Role Overview
- Determine project requirements and develop work schedules for the team
- Delegate tasks and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects meet standards
- Identify risks and create contingency plans
- Analyze operations and schedule training sessions for improvements
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments
- Troubleshoot and update work schedules as needed
- Motivate staff and foster open communication
- Prepare progress reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in Core Java and Spring frameworks
- Expertise in REST APIs and Microservices architecture
- Strong experience with Relational Databases (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle)
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Java Collections
- Experience with version control tools (Bitbucket, GitLab)
- Experience implementing/creating CI/ID pipelines
- Familiarity with debugging logs and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases
- Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React is a plus
