Support Transactional Sales Cycles: Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs), Solution Engineers (SEs), and Regional Directors (RDs) to advance sales opportunities.
Act as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments to streamline deal execution and communication.
Enhance Field Sales Productivity: Assist with deal modeling, including SKU selection, pricing guidance, and proposal creation.
Support quote generation and ensure timely internal approvals.
Work with Deal Management, Quoting Operations, Order Fulfillment, and the Install Base team to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
Oversee Purchase Order (PO) preparation, particularly for Federal accounts.
Manage Renewals: Identify and verify renewal data and distribute relevant information.
Generate renewal cases, update quotes, and manage escalations as needed.
Order Processing & Partner Support: Coordinate with partners, distributors, and internal teams to guide order fulfillment and handle Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).
Provide support for global support escalations as needed.
Internal Systems & Process Expertise: Develop subject matter expertise in Omnissa’s sales systems and tools.
Serve as a point of contact for internal inquiries related to licenses and order processing.
Team Collaboration: Join RD team meetings and forecasting calls to stay aligned with sales goals and pipeline updates.
Conduct weekly 1:1s with AEs to resolve open items and ensure alignment across the sales process.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in a sales support, operations, or inside sales role (tech industry preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with CRM and quoting tools (Salesforce, CPQ, etc.) is a plus
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
