About this role
Role Overview
Define and own the overall training strategy across ERP and Data Platform implementation activity
Conduct training needs analysis and competency assessments across impacted user groups
Design a role-based curriculum aligned to key processes, responsibilities, and system functionality
Develop and govern training materials in partnership with delivery partners, including instructor-led training, virtual sessions, eLearning, user guides, and simulations
Coordinate and deliver train-the-trainer, super-user, manager, and end-user training programmes
Plan and execute training waves in line with UAT, readiness, and go-live milestones
Work closely with Finance Systems Design, Data Platform Delivery, Operating Model, and Change and Comms leads to ensure a joined-up approach
Ensure training content reflects configured business processes and agreed ways of working, rather than generic system functionality
Measure training effectiveness and feed into readiness assessments, adoption reporting, and programme governance
Define and support the post-go-live training and adoption approach
Manage training support resources and help maintain momentum through delivery and hypercare.
Requirements
Strong experience leading training workstreams on large-scale transformation programmes
Exposure to Workday and Snowflake
Proven track record in end-to-end training strategy, planning, curriculum design, and delivery
Experience carrying out training needs analysis and translating findings into practical training plans
Strong understanding of learning design principles and adult learning approaches
Experience developing a range of training outputs, including ILT, virtual learning, eLearning, user guides, and simulations
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the confidence to work across business, technology, and change teams
Ability to drive training deliverables through governance, deadlines, and shifting programme priorities
Experience measuring training effectiveness and supporting readiness and adoption activity
Comfortable working in complex transformation environments with multiple workstreams and dependencies
