Manage wastewater infrastructure projects and project teams to support the planning, design, and construction of wastewater treatment, pumping, distribution, storage or conveyance projects
Develop creative solutions to complex wastewater treatment challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers and other professionals
Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to deliver innovative project solutions
Maintain close relationships with clients throughout development of projects and after completion
Manage and mentor junior level staff

Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related field
Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Florida or ability to obtain within six months of hire
Experience managing multi-discipline infrastructure projects
Experience in the design and construction of municipal, state, federal, or industrial wastewater treatment projects
Proven understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Solid knowledge of wastewater treatment systems, equipment, and regulations
