Lead project execution, ensuring the quality of deliverables, adherence to deadlines, and management of projects' operational budgets, including team, logistics, and infrastructure costs.
Implement and systematize processes and best practices across the operation.
Manage and train field teams, setting priorities, monitoring performance, and ensuring activities are delivered in line with project objectives and established schedules.
Identify operational needs in the territories, including personnel, equipment, and infrastructure, and prioritize and enable these demands.
Engage with local communities and leaders to facilitate activity implementation, aligning schedules, operational needs, and conditions for field work.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years' experience managing operations in environmental or socio-environmental projects, with field experience, preferably in REDD+ projects, the carbon market, ecological restoration, or territorial monitoring.
Experience leading and managing teams in contexts with multiple concurrent projects and activities.
Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
