Analyze, document, and manage business requirements related to electronic payment systems.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for development, integration, and testing teams.
Support operational activities, incident analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive project activities, including functional design, testing, and implementation support.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, risk, security, architecture) and external vendors.
Conduct functional testing and support user acceptance test (UAT) processes.
Ensure alignment with ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
Participate in demand and portfolio management activities, supporting prioritization and planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
At least 5 years of experience as an IT Functional Analyst within banking and/or fintech IT departments.
Strong understanding of electronic payment systems and related business/technical processes.
Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to conduct meetings, prepare documentation, and manage activities in English.
