Role Overview
- Collaborate with teams to provide real-time analysis and recommendations
- Monitor workflow for adherence to processes and standards
- Generate reports and analysis for scheduling and workforce performance
- Participate in departmental strategy meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of WFM work experience in reporting, real time or scheduling
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Tool experience on IEX and eGain is desirable
- Basic excel knowledge
- Preference to Real Time screen monitoring experience
- Flexible with shift timings and weekly offs
- Graduation or equivalent in any discipline
- Knowledge of foreign languages (Spanish or French would be an added advantage)
