Travel Consultant, Danish Speaking

Role Overview

• Handle inbound/outbound travel inquiries in Danish
• Assist with flight, hotel, and travel package bookings
• Provide travel advice and customized itinerary planning
• Manage changes, cancellations, and travel-related issues
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records in booking systems

Requirements

• Danish language proficiency: C1 level or higher (required)
• English proficiency: B2 level or higher (required)
• Previous experience in travel, tourism, or customer service (preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer and booking system knowledge
