About this role

You'll be embedded in a data visualization workstream for a Retail sector client , responsible for connecting raw data processing pipelines with polished, self-service Business Intelligence capabilities in Power BI.
Work closely with business users, translating requirements into clear, actionable dashboards and reports that drive real decisions at scale.
This is a hands-on senior role with direct stakeholder exposure — not a back-end-only position.

Power BI Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service — report building, dataset management, gateway configuration, and workspace administration
Strong command of DAX for calculated measures, KPIs, and complex aggregations
Solid understanding of data modeling principles and dimensional design best practices
Hands-on experience with SSAS Tabular models and/or Azure Analysis Services
Working knowledge of SQL DW patterns — querying, transforming, and preparing data for consumption layers
Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Azure Data Factory for pipeline management and deployment workflows
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting in Azure contexts
Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage directly with business users and translate requirements into visual solutions
English: B2 Upper-Intermediate minimum (working language with the client team)
