Requirements
Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California
Passion for youth mental health: Demonstrated commitment to providing culturally responsive, equitable care that honors diverse backgrounds and experiences
Experience working with teens and youth ages 11-24 in clinical or school settings
Comfortable with telehealth: Experience providing telehealth services
Please note: This role is open to fully licensed clinicians only; associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not eligible.
Benefits
$70–$85 per session, plus guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations.
Flexible & Manageable Caseload: Start with a minimum of just 5 sessions per week — perfect for work-life balance. Most of our clinicians choose to provide 10 sessions per week, and we encourage you to work toward that as you settle in.
Fully Remote: Work from anywhere in the U.S.
Flexible Schedule: Set your hours Monday–Friday, 3–8 PM PST, with optional weekend availability from 9 AM–5 PM PST.
Administrative Support: We handle billing, credentialing, and scheduling—so you can focus on care
