Support development of integrated media approaches across digital, commerce, and retail media.
Drive consistency in DME/DMI application and media effectiveness standards.
Monitor and optimize media performance across markets, using data and learning agendas.
Translate performance insights into actionable optimization recommendations.
Support the shift toward high‑intent behavioral cohorts and improved audience precision.
Support scaling of retail media partnerships and activation models across LATAM.
Apply first‑party and retailer data to improve targeting, measurement, and ROI.
Partner with Brand, IMX, Commercial, Bottlers, Analytics, and agency teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
7–10+ years of experience in media planning, buying, strategy, or performance roles.
Strong understanding of digital media, ecommerce, and retail media ecosystems.
Experience working across markets and with agencies.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
