Senior Manager, 1st Line Risk - EMEA Distribution

Role Overview

• Provide operational risk and controls thought leadership and expertise to the business unit.
• Lead the development of risk management strategies that drive identification, quantification and mitigation of risk within the business.
• Establish and lead a governance framework designed to monitor and ensure efficacy of operational risk management and process controls.
• Identify high risk processes and controls and build out a testing program to ensure these processes and controls are reviewed and tested throughout the year.
• Be the point person for risk events as they occur in the business unit.
• Provide oversight, guidance and leadership on KRI population and risk reporting.
