Role Overview
Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
Provide clinical support during crises and urgent client needs.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation to meet compliance and licensure standards.
Collaborate with clinical and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
Assist with program development and additional duties that advance the mission.
Requirements
Licensure/Certification: Must hold one of the following valid in West Virginia: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist.
Provisional licenses will be considered with supervision requirements.
Education: Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field required.
Experience: 2+ years in behavioral health and/or substance use treatment preferred.
Certifications: CPR and First Aid (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
Skills: Strong therapeutic presence, empathetic communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism.
