Role Overview
- Own problems end-to-end—from idea to production
- Deliver features without relying on fully defined or perfect specifications
- Work directly with product, design, data, and other engineers
- Operate in small, highly autonomous teams
- Use AI agents for specifications, coding, analysis, testing, and iteration
- Deliver 2x the output of a non-AI using Senior Engineer
- Improve internal agent network and development workflows
- Move across the stack when needed

Requirements
- Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI-native tools or applications
- Comfortable operating with minimal guidance and with no initial acceptance criteria
- Strong product mindset: focus on problems, outcomes, and impact
- 5+ years of development experience building something real
- Strong expertise in native IOS or Android development
