Own the product backlog for assigned MDM capabilities, ensuring clear prioritization aligned to business value, regulatory needs, and technical dependencies.
Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical epics in partnership with engineering and architecture teams.
Act as the main point of accountability for product scope, product delivery, and value realization.
Contribute to the definition and execution of the MDM product roadmap aligned to enterprise data strategy and supply chain priorities.
Collaborate with senior product and platform leaders to shape the evolution of new MDM services and capabilities.
Partner across Technology Operations & Risk (TO&R), data operations, platform engineering, and business functions to ensure solutions meet enterprise needs.
Serve as the link between business partners and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding of priorities, constraints, and outcomes.
Ensure solutions align with internal data governance standards, industry regulations, and external data standards (e.g., GS1, GDSN).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager, preferably supporting Master Data Management, data platforms, or enterprise data products.
Solid understanding of data management frameworks, master data concepts, metadata, data quality, and reference data.
Experience working in Agile delivery models, including backlog management, sprint planning, and incremental delivery.
Ability to collaborate across engineering, architecture, governance, and business teams in a sophisticated enterprise environment.
Demonstrable ability to rapidly learn and evaluate new technologies and AI-enabled tools to support evolving product needs.
Preferred Experience supporting products subject to regulatory or industry standards (e.g., healthcare, life sciences, supply chain).
Familiarity with digital identification, serialization, or data synchronization concepts.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience incorporating AI or automation capabilities to enhance data products, operational efficiency, or user experience.
