Ensure the system operation as well as the error analysis, maintenance, and execution of system updates of the customer systems.
Carry out common basic projects, such as release upgrades for ABAP as well as for Java, and take over the project management if necessary.
Responsible for the technology planning of SAP HANA as well as the HANA migration.
Support customers as 2nd and 3rd level support in the areas of troubleshooting and performance services.
Support in presales activities for new customers in the area of platform services.
Requirements
Fluent English (B2)
Willingness to work occasional nights or weekends.
Experience in the setup and operation of SAP systems as well as upgrades, patches, and DB upgrades for both ABAP and Java systems.
Hands-on experience with SAP Rise and SAP BTP
Sound knowledge in at least 2 of the common SAP databases, such as HANA, Oracle, DB2 etc.
Completed university studies in business informatics / computer science or comparable qualifications and/or several years of relevant professional experience.
