About this role
Role Overview
Identify, target, and win net-new SLED clients across assigned territory
Build and execute territory strategy focused on whitespace accounts
Drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to closure
Generate a self-sourced pipeline through outbound efforts, networking, and industry engagement
Leverage existing relationships within SLED ecosystem
Create demand through thought leadership in AI, data, and digital transformation
Shape large, complex deals ($5M+) from early-stage conversations
Collaborate with hyperscalers (Microsoft, AWS, Google) to co-create and close new opportunities
Build personal brand as a trusted advisor in the public sector
Requirements
10+ years enterprise sales experience
Proven track record of: Building pipeline from zero
Closing $3M+ net-new deals in the first year
Deep relationships within SLED ecosystem
Strong understanding of government procurement cycles
Experience working with Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow or similar ecosystems
30–50% travel expected.
