Lead the deployment of custom integration solutions built by the development team, ensuring they are correctly configured for the customer’s specific environment
Utilize tools such as Mulesoft, Workato, and Zapier to set up, test, and refine integrations based on customer-specific requirements
Act as the primary technical point of contact during the implementation phase, participating in customer calls and managing email communications to ensure project success
Identify and resolve configuration-level issues to ensure integrations provide "wow" functionality and meet deadline requirements
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to understand business challenges and ensure the implemented solution meets the customer's key needs
Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers' IT departments to help them realize the value Motive’s platform provides to their organization
Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the internal Motive stakeholders in sales, marketing, customer success, and R&D departments
Requirements
Proven experience (3+ years) deploying and configuring enterprise-level integrations
Certifications for one of the integration platforms like Mulesoft, Workato, Zapier, or Boomi is preferred
Understanding of authentication standards such as OAuth, SAML, and Single Sign-On (SSO)
Strong ability to build productive client relationships and communicate technical concepts clearly via phone and email
Experience working within an Agile SCRUM environment to manage work prioritization and deadlines
