Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business and product decisions
Design, develop, and deploy statistical models and machine learning algorithms
Build and maintain data pipelines, feature engineering processes, and analytical workflows
Partner with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements, KPIs, and success metrics
Translate technical findings into clear, compelling insights for technical and non‑technical audiences
Support experimentation, A/B testing, and model validation and monitoring
Contribute to data science best practices, documentation, and model governance
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a strong data science culture
Requirements
A bachelor’s is required
Strong experience in data science, analytics, or applied machine learning
Minimum one (1) year of experience with Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling, or a Master’s degree in a related field, and or internship may be considered as equivalent experience
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational and analytical databases
Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and predictive modeling
Experience working with both structured and unstructured data
Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross‑functional, fast‑paced environment
