Role Overview
- Support clients affected by industrial disease conditions, including respiratory diseases, occupational asthma, dermatitis, and other workplace‑related musculoskeletal illnesses.
- Guide clients through challenging circumstances with empathy and attention to detail.
- Manage a varied caseload and work closely with experienced solicitors.
- Develop specialist knowledge within an important area of law.
Requirements
- Experience as a paralegal—ideally within an industrial disease environment
- Confident using legal research platforms such as Westlaw or LexisNexis
- Familiar with case management systems
- Highly organised, proactive and client‑centred
- A strong communicator, able to work sensitively with clients and collaboratively with colleagues
- Motivated to develop expertise within disease litigation and contribute to the team’s success
