Own the application of Design Thinking techniques to uncover user needs, validate business assumptions, and drive user-centered decision‑making.
Lead iterative exploration of design concepts, generating and refining ideas that consider a wide range of possibilities, constraints, and system-level implications.
Conduct user and stakeholder research to deeply understand customer behaviors, expectations, and data‑driven workflows—transforming insights into actionable design recommendations.
Create high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate solutions and facilitate rapid iteration with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver detailed specifications, support implementation, and validate solutions through Agile development cycles.
Contribute to the evolution of Aero, our design system—particularly in defining visualization patterns—and help scale its adoption across the organization.
Explore opportunities to leverage AI‑assisted design tools (e.g., generative prototyping, automated accessibility checks, intelligent layout suggestions) to accelerate workflow efficiency and improve design quality.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to help design user experiences that incorporate AI‑powered insights, automation, and data transformation workflows where relevant.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience
3–5+ years of experience as a product designer, UX designer, interaction designer, or similar role
A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to solve complex UX challenges and design intuitive, interactive interfaces within a large-scale product ecosystem
Experience designing for complex B2B SaaS or cloud-based platforms with sophisticated workflows and multi-step data interactions
Background in document, data, or content management systems is a strong plus
Experience working in Agile, cross‑functional product teams
Demonstrated ability to turn user insights into actionable interface design decisions
Familiarity with UX implementation challenges across desktop applications and web environments
Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and related design workflows
Experience using or experimenting with AI‑powered design tools (e.g., prototyping accelerators, UX content generation, pattern detection in research data)
