Support the development and delivery of the Strategic Pipeline and other Water Resource Management Plan (WRMP) Capital Delivery Projects.
Work closely with Anglian Water Operational teams and the SPA and @One Design & Delivery teams.
Support design development and ensure risks to AW operations from construction works are fully mitigated.
Communicate plans clearly across teams and verify mitigation measures are in place before and during delivery.
Take a balanced view of operational and project delivery needs and promote collaboration between operational and SPA teams.
Support design teams in gathering information to base the design on and provide operational expertise.

Proactive, collaborative and approachable with excellent communication skills.
Planning and organisational skills demonstrating working to key programme milestones.
Provide operational experience to assist the Delivery teams in development of design and constructability of assets
Ensuring key stakeholder such as the AW operational teams are appropriately included in developments to existing and new assets.
Ensure learning and best practice is incorporated into plans.
Ability to capture and ensure best practice and lessons learned are embedded in future work activities.
