Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, engineering, or relevant field.
4 plus years combined experience in application development, quality control, or operations support.
2 plus years in a supervisor role.
Technical Skills include interface design and development, analysis, SDLC methodologies and tools, and data analysis is crucial, general Microsoft tools.
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership abilities are essential for managing teams and ensuring quality standards are met.
