Own a transformation program governance, operating model, and cadence, ensuring consistent execution across all work streams
Strategically lead the design and execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives that align with corporate strategy and long-term growth objectives.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership; regularly brief executives on progress, risks, and opportunities through influence and communication.
Serve as a recognized expert in the field, representing the organization in industry forums and shaping best practices internally and externally.
Serve as the central integrator across business, IT, operations, finance, and external partners involved in delivery
Act as a trusted partner to executive sponsors, providing concise program narratives and recommendations for decisions
Drive clarity on what is changing, when, and for whom across dealer, customer, and internal experiences
Identify opportunities to improve program delivery efficiency, tooling, and governance models.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, business, marketing or a related field is preferred.
7+ years of experience leading large‑scale, cross‑functional programs, preferably in complex business and technology transformations
Extensive experience with contract ERPs and business model
Demonstrated experience operating with executive stakeholders
Strong understanding of program governance, dependency management, and integrated delivery models
Ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple departments.
