Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Merchandising to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and bring new ideas to market.
Define how we bring clients back and deepen engagement beyond the first interaction, connecting onboarding, early engagement, and reactivation into a cohesive system.
Requirements
8–12+ years designing consumer products, with meaningful experience in conversion and acquisition driving experiences
Proven ability to operate at a principal level, owning ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces
Strong product thinking paired with excellent design craft
Experience driving measurable impact on acquisition, conversion, or engagement
Comfortable working in fast-moving, experiment-driven environments
Strong communicator with the ability to influence across teams and levels
Experience with personalization, recommendations, or AI-driven experiences
