Executive Protection Operations Manager

Role Overview

• Oversee day-to-day support operations of the EP program
• Develop and maintain operational support plans for domestic and international executive travel, events, and special assignments
• Own forecasting and ensure projected spend stays aligned with approved budget
• Track EP needs and costs related to logistics, travel, equipment, and vendors
• Support EP personnel through scheduling, resource planning, and training coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Security Management, Finance, Operations or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in operations management, security operations, military/law enforcement support roles, or a similar environment
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, suppliers, and procurement processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High levels of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
