Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a trusted legal advisor to Sales, Product, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and escalate legal and contractual risks, recommending practical mitigation strategies.
Process & Operations: Manage contract lifecycle processes, including maintenance of a contract management system.
Handle a diverse, fast-moving workload with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in good standing.
7-10 years of legal experience, with significant focus on technology or software commercial agreements (in-house or law firm).
Demonstrated experience negotiating SaaS, software licensing, and/or professional services agreements.
Strong drafting skills with the ability to identify key risk areas and propose practical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trusted relationships with business stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
