Lead and drive existing product improvements and new product development initiatives.
Collaborate with Executive Leadership and the Product Development team (here and internationally) to spearhead new engineering projects.
Oversee the full lifecycle of product development from concept through launch and commercialization.
Provide engineering support for both new and existing products, addressing and resolving issues as they arise. With these projects, you will need to collaborate with teams across the organization, including Customer Care, Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing and Marketing.
Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to perform root cause analysis on complex technical challenges.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring complex data is presented in clear, understandable, and visually appealing formats.

Minimum 5-7 years of Electrical Engineering work experience.
1 year of experience in the manufacturing of health and wellness equipment and products or similar industry.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
3+ years of experience using circuit simulation and PCB design software (PSpice and Altium preferred).
3+ years embedded programming experience (C/C++). ESP32 and PIC familiarity preferred.
PCB thermal analysis, airflow analysis, high ambient temperature circuit design.
Rapid prototyping, 3D printing, soldering.
ECAD tool proficiency.
Familiar with multimeter, oscilloscope, low voltage DC and mains voltage supply use.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Familiarity with electrical systems and their integration into mechanical designs.
Knowledge of product development processes, including prototyping and testing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
