Participate in defining LAN and WAN architectures and engineering
Ensure the production rollout of LAN and WAN network solutions
Ensure the operational maintenance of the infrastructure
Optimize network performance
Provide level 3 network support (technical or hierarchical escalations) in support of the NOC
Perform tests and validations in lab environments
Draft processes and procedures for the Agencies department
Conduct knowledge transfers on new technologies and operational solutions
Automate build and run processes through Python development
Evaluate, monitor, and implement various transformation and evolution projects for the Agencies Network
Analyze/qualify tooling needs for the Agencies department

Master's degree (or equivalent, Bac+5) in Networking or a related field
At least 3 years' experience in LAN/WAN networking
Quick learner with a strong interest in multiple technologies
Good written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English
Methodical, motivated, and rigorous; able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and demanding environment
