Develop and manage the suite of CIRI’s Shareholder and Descendant programs
Create programs that add value and increase opportunities for CIRI Shareholders and Descendants
Lead positive change within programs through feedback and continuous improvement
Build and maintain strategic relationships within CIRI and the Enterprise
Support regional economic development and workforce needs
Identify workforce needs and develop initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership
Establish educational partnerships for training and employment opportunities
Support communications regarding CIRI’s program offerings and impact
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Five years’ experience in development and management of successful Shareholder and Descendant programs and initiatives, including workforce development
Work experience that illustrates a knowledge of ANCSA and/or Alaska Native cultures
Two years of supervisory experience
Ability to travel as needed
Ability to pass a background check
