You will provide technically sound agronomic advice and support for all KWS crops, including maize, oilseed rape, sugar beet, cereals and cover crop mixtures
Maintain and expand customer relationships while improving on-site advisory services and sales
Serve as the primary contact for the latest KWS varieties and digital offerings
Work closely with farmers, agricultural merchants and key opinion leaders to optimise the distribution of KWS products
Organise and supervise demonstration trials and deliver presentations and field days in your region
Requirements
Passion for agriculture and crop production
Vocational training or a degree in agronomy/agricultural sciences or a comparable qualification
Extensive crop-production knowledge as well as understanding of agricultural business management
First sales experience desirable, ideally within the agricultural sector
Confident manner with strong communication and negotiation skills
Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
High degree of flexibility, valid driving licence (Class B) and fluent German are required
