Guide and support clients throughout the implementation process, clarifying questions, providing technical information, and handling possible objections
Conduct training sessions and demonstrations of the contracted solutions
Perform on-site visits for system implementations, training, and follow-up when required
Execute internal processes and keep metrics up to date in management tools, ensuring the reliability of information
Support the creation and maintenance of implementation materials such as knowledge base articles, playbooks, presentations, and communications
Configure and prepare equipment for new clients, ensuring everything is ready for a high-quality implementation.
Requirements
Currently studying for or holding a technical certificate or degree in technology-related fields (Networks, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Engineering, or similar)
Some experience in customer-facing roles, such as technical support or training
Basic knowledge of project organization, including tracking schedules, time management, and task prioritization
Availability to make on-site client visits (some issues are best resolved face-to-face 🤝)
Reside in the São Paulo region
✨Nice to have:
Experience with digital products, customer onboarding, or working in Customer Success teams, especially in SaaS models
Experience with on-site client work.
