You will architect products and assets that support the Consumer Sales Organization, Sales Planning & Operations, and Consumer Base Marketing by developing and performing complex analyses using big data technologies.
Develop high-scale systems, applications, and advanced visual dashboards using Big Data technologies.
Design and refine predictive models to solve complex business questions and improve operational predictability.
Extract actionable insights from massive datasets to drive revenue and customer retention.
Guide peers through system usage assessments.
Lead process improvement initiatives and ensure rigorous data quality standards.
Apply sophisticated UI/UX design principles to data visualization.
Stay at the forefront of modeling techniques and emerging industry trends to keep Verizon’s analytics ecosystem "ahead of the game."
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in data management, analysis and visualization.
Experience in Looker & Qlik or similar visual analysis tool, optimization, analytics and large data sets, project management, developing visually compelling interactive dashboards.
Experience with data modeling using LookML in the Looker platform.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Big Query / Vertex AI / Looker / LookML / Looker Studio Pro).
Experience as a data scientist, analyst, or statistical modeler.
Experience with programming language SQL.
Experience in designing, developing and implementing ETL processes.
