Ensure high-quality management of a portfolio of clients, guaranteeing their complete satisfaction.
Act as the client's primary point of contact with a proactive, personalized approach.
Provide regular client follow-up through meetings, progress updates, and steering committees.
Analyze available client data and produce reports, summaries, and clear, actionable plans.
Serve as the client's voice internally within a continuous improvement framework by identifying friction points and areas for improvement, and driving enhancements across our teams.
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in management, marketing, data, or computer science (or equivalent)
At least 3 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager (CSM) role
Solid understanding of information systems (system & network infrastructures, office & collaboration applications, business applications, etc.)
Excellent spoken French (minimum C1)
Strong customer service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and commercial acumen
Excellent communication skills by phone and in videoconferences (Teams)
Good spoken English (minimum B2)
