Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships at all levels – from technical project teams to executives and managing directors – serving as the central point of contact for our customers
Analyze customers' individual requirements, prioritize them and develop tailored solutions to drive customer and company success
Develop innovative sales strategies, coordinate their implementation and actively contribute to increasing sales and strengthening the company's market position
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and other events to strengthen customer relationships and explore new business opportunities
Expand existing key accounts in the automotive Tier 1–3 sector and actively acquire and develop new customers with the goal of sustainable growth and revenue increase
Monitor the market and analyze competitor activities as a basis for informed sales strategies and to strengthen the company's position in the automotive sector
Provide worldwide customer support, if required, taking into account international standards and requirements
Requirements
Degree in engineering or business administration, or a comparable qualification such as vocational training with further qualifications as a technician, master craftsman or business/specialist manager
Initial professional experience in the automotive industry (Tier 1–3), in project management and in business development, with a willingness to further expand one's expertise
Solid industry knowledge of the automotive sector and an understanding of the specific requirements and challenges of the automotive industry
Fluent German and English skills and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and precisely
Willingness to travel across Germany (expected 1–3 days per week) and appreciation for direct on-site customer contact
