About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for warehouse oversight and supporting GMP Manufacturing and Cold Chain Distribution
- Generate all types of Purchase Requestions (PR’s) for Process Development (PD), Quality Control (QC), and Viral Vector PD
- Maintain Raw Material Trackers for PD for Client projects
- Update QC and PD logs with PR/PO’s and ETA’s
- Obtain current status and ETA’s of Raw Materials
- Communicate with Suppliers to expedite orders and/or receive partial shipments
- Track progress with department supervisors, weekly meetings
- Solicit and evaluate purchase requisitions for the requested commodity
- Investigate and/or interview potential suppliers and initiate the New Vendor application
- Advise team members or management on the appropriate supplier to be used
- Coordinate with QC to distribute commodity to end-user in a timely manner
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field from a four-year college or university
- 1+ years in a GMP setting
- 2+ years Supply Chain experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
- May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
